BABY PLANNING SESSIONS

One on one baby planning sessions are the perfect way to get prepared for baby’s arrival.  We will meet with you in the privacy of your own home.  Each session will be catered to your specific needs, covering everything from personalized week by week timelines, to making sure your registry is complete with all the baby ‘must-have’ essentials.   With personal planning sessions you’ll be sure to have mind, body and home ready for your precious little one’s arrival.  Contact us to set up your first session!

$75.00/per couple or individual

(up to 1 hour, additional time charged in 30 min. increments)

 

 

PRIVATE IN-HOME CLASSES

1. Breastfeeding Basics

This class is designed to help you with the basics of breastfeeding. We will talk to you about what to expect those first couple of months through the first year while breastfeeding your bundle of joy. Topics will include advantages to breastfeeding, how to promote breastfeeding while in the hospital and at home, infant positioning, common challenges of nursing, returning to work while breastfeeding, and useful products to help you through that first year!  $99.00/per couple or individual (lasts approximately 1 hour)

2. Pregnancy Prep 101

Pregnancy Prep 101 is designed to give you a general overview of what to expect now through your delivery date. We will discuss your anatomy and vocabulary you may hear while at the hospital, signs of labor, how to check in, options in labor, pain management, stages of labor, and a little about what to expect immediately postpartum. More information on postpartum and infant care can be found in our “Baby-Momma” class so register now to get all the in’s and out’s of how to prepare for those first few weeks after delivery. $150.00/per couple or individual (lasts approximately 2 hours)

3. Go Natural!

Our natural childbirth class was designed to meet the needs of clients who desire an unmedicated delivery. This class will give you a great insight into everything you need to know in order to reach your ultimate goal! Our main talking points will consist of making the choice to go natural, how to prepare (nutrition & exercise), having a great support system, preparation options (Bradley method, lamaze, etc.), what to expect with each stage of labor, planning your childbirth, and complications in labor. Register now for us to help guide you through this amazing experience!  $150.00/per couple or individual (lasts approximately 2 hours)

4. Baby-Momma!

This is a class geared directly towards infant and postpartum care. This class will give you an idea of what to prepare for after you meet your precious

baby. From pads to diapering we will explain it all! The infant care topics range from bathing to sleeping. Postpartum care touches on several different topics like teaching you how to let others help and how to

care for yourself after a vaginal or cesarean delivery. Sign up now to take full advantage of having us come to your home where you can ask us all those embarrassing questions you don’t want anyone else to hear!  $99.00/per couple or individual (lasts approximately 1 hour)

  3. Infant and postpartum care session in the comfort of your own home prior to baby’s arrival.
  4. In home postpartum breastfeeding consultation done by an experienced RN.

POSTPARTUM MEAL DELIVERY SERVICE

Want to send the perfect baby gift?  What about a wholesome meal for 4-5 right to their door step!  We have recently teamed up with Wholesome by Allie to offer just that in our postpartum meal delivery service.  Choose from a variety of weekly options.  Options change each week and deliveries are done every Tuesday.   Currently we are only delivering to the following areas: zip codes 35223, 35213, Cahaba Heights, Forest Park, Liberty Park, Cross Creek, Abingdon and Pumphouse Road area.   Contact us and we will send you this week’s menu.
